Roach Infestation At Somerset County Courthouse

One courthouse employee shared photos and a video of the roaches coming out of keyboards in Somerville.

SOMERVILLE, NJ — A roach infestation is being reported at the Somerset County Courthouse.

"It is so bad that workers, lawyers, and clients are complaining," a reader associated with a courthouse employee told Patch under anonymity. "Women can't put their pocketbooks down, not even on their desks. The roaches are literally crawling out of their keyboards."

The roach issue has been reportedly going on for about three weeks to a month.

The County also said they have "been coordinating with a professional pest control firm to continue to treat the limited affected areas, while Court Administration has been working to relocate employees during treatment periods."
