No Injuries Reported in Caldwell Bank Robbery

A bank in Caldwell was robbed shortly before closing for the night Thursday, police officials said. 

Police confirmed a robbery at the PNC Bank at 423 Bloomfield Ave., but were unable to release details saying the incident remains under investigation. 

The robbery was reported at 5:57 p.m., shortly before the 6 p.m. closing time. No injuries were reported, police said. 

Police are working with the FBI to investigate the incident.
