Cause of Caldwell Woman's Death May Have Been Medical

The cause of death of a Caldwell woman who was found unattended in her home Saturday remains under investigation, although the Essex County Prosecutor's Office said Monday it may have been medical.

The preliminary investigation shows the 26-year-old woman may have "suffered a medical event," Katherine Carter, a spokesperson for the prosecutor's office, said Monday.

A final autospy report is pending.
