North Caldwell Icon Elwood 'Woody' Walker Dies

Former North Caldwell Councilman Elwood “Woody” Walker, considered by many a North Caldwell icon, died Wednesday morning. He was 91. Visitation is Sunday at Dancy Funeral Home in Caldwell.
