Republicans Unopposed in West Caldwell
Incumbent councilmen Joseph Cecere and Stephen Wolsky running for third and second terms, respectively.
The West Caldwell Council race appears to be uncontested in 2013.
Republican incumbent Councilmen Joseph Cecere and Council President Stephen Wolsky are the only two candidates to have filed petitions to appear on the June primary ballot by the 4 p.m. deadline on April 1, according to the township clerk.
A release Monday from the West Caldwell Republicans confirmed the two will seek re-election.

It will be the third, three-year term for Cecere of Joseph P. Cecere Landscaping based in West Caldwell.
Wolksy, general manager of Mountain Ridge Country Club in West Caldwell, seeks re-election to a second term.

The candidates, lifelong residents of the township, were running mates in 2010.
"With their many combined years of experience and service both remain dedicated to this community's future," the West Caldwell Republicans said in a release.
The New Jersey primary election will be held on Tuesday, June 4.
