Road Construction, Jersey Sound at Gazebo, Movie Night This Week

Roads will be closed down throughout the Cedars Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. as crews continue working on a water main project. The Caldwell Police Department is advising residents to plan alternate routes and follow posted detour routes.
The North Caldwell Planning Board will also meet Monday at 7:30 p.m. in borough hall, 151 Gould Ave.

Also on Wednesday, a concert will be put on starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Caldwell Public Library. Musicians Maxine and Ed Alstrom will perform a show and also answer questions about having a career in music and how to play the piano with Max's Magic Chord Method.

The West Caldwell summer gazebo concert series will continue Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in Crane Park with the musical talents of Jersey Sound. These incredibly talented musicians will offer an eclectic blend of classic songs and oldies.
Food will be served by at the gazebo concert by Russillo’s starting at 6:30 p.m. and the concert will begin at 7:30 p.m.

The movies are open to all residents, the snake bar will be open and popcorn will be popping all night. Be sure to bring your lawn chairs and blankets, too. In case of rain, the movie will be shown at the Fireman's Community Center.
