Trinity Academy to Stage 'The Wizard of Oz'

Trinity Academy will mark the 20th anniversary of its theater program with a production of The Wizard of Oz.

Performances will take place on Thursday and Friday, April 11 and 12, at 7:30 p.m., in the school gymnasium. Trinity Academy is located at 235 Bloomfield Ave., Caldwell.       

The show will feature fifth through eighth graders who are members of the Drama Club. Cast and crew have been rehearsing and preparing for months under the professional direction of Kelly King. 

Dorothy, Toto, Scarecrow, Tin Man and Lion travel to find the dreams of their hearts in this classic children's work.

Programs from previous productions dating back to 1994 will be on display, and there is a call out to all those previously involved with the school's theater program to attend as special guests.

Tickets can be purchased at the door. Admission is $5 for children and seniors, and $7 for adults.
