West Caldwell Library Honors Stand Out Volunteers at Appreciation Dinner

Saru Beliappa was honored for her dedication to the library. The loyal volunteer has volunteered for the library for several years.

Local resident, Saru Beliappa, was honored for her loyal and outstanding work at the West Caldwell Library on Oct. 21 the a Volunteer Appreciation Dinner held for all the library volunteers.

The library chose to honor Belliappa, who has been a loyal volunteer at the library for several years.

“Every week Saru arrives at the library with a smile on her face and a cheerful disposition,” Samantha of the West Caldwell Library said. “In the past year Saru has volunteered over 76 hours of her time to the library. She meticulously shelf reads the non- fiction collection and assists with the processing of inter-library loan materials. It is a pleasure to have her volunteering at the library.”
