Chatham Twig Yoga in the Park

On Thursday, October 6th, Morristown Medical Center's Chatham Twig hosted a lovely event - Yoga in the Park.  Approximately 40 women enjoyed an hour of yoga led by Lisa Enslow, Certified Health and Nutrition Coach and Yoga Instructor.

The weather was simply splendid as the women stretched, posed and relaxed in the gorgeous setting of the Reeves-Reed Arboretum's Azalea Garden in Summit.  Yoga was followed by a short talk on nutrition and stress reduction by both Lisa and Ann Ciccarelli, Certified Health and Nutrition Coach. Guests enjoyed a delicious boxed lunch, provided by Bona Vita Osteria, in the historic Wisner House.  Both Twig members and non-members attended and a generous amount was raised for Morristown Medical Center.

The Women's Association of Morristown Medical Center, a 900 member volunteer organization established in 1893, is one of the largest and oldest auxiliaries in the nation. The mission of this dynamic volunteer group is to support Morristown Medical Center (MMC) in providing quality healthcare to the community.
