Chatham High Performers Take The Stage With 'Look Homeward, Angel'
Two performances for the public plus a senior citizens-only show set to take stage this month.

Move over, Paper Mill Playhouse. The Chatham High School Theatre Department is about to bring audiences to their feet.
Performing the authentic American play “Look Homeward, Angel,” the young thespians will take the stage for three shows on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, Nov. 19 to 21.
The Thursday, Nov. 19 show will be open to senior citizens only and is a final dress rehearsal for the cast. Showtime is 3:30 p.m. in the Chatham High School auditorium. After the show, seniors are invited to stay for a complimentary dinner. Registration is required by calling 973-822-8989 by Thursday, Nov. 12.

Tickets for the Friday and Saturday shows, both held at 7:30 p.m., are $10 or $7 with a student ID. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time by clicking here.
The play is based on Thomas Wolfe’s novel of the same name, and is a story about love in “all its wrenching psychological forms,” according to the playbill. The story is set in 1916 North Carolina and highlights a teen’s struggle to escape his dysfunctional parents.
