Chatham Restaurants Open For Thanksgiving Day 2023

CHATHAM, NJ — For people who don’t want to spend hours or even days cooking and cleaning up from a big turkey dinner, several restaurants in Chatham are open Thanksgiving Day.

Restaurants open for Thanksgiving on Thursday, Nov. 23, offer a range of dining experiences, from fine dining to fast casual to fast food. In some cases, you’ll need to make a reservation, so plan as much as possible.

As always, Patch encourages you to call any restaurant on this list in advance to double-check hours on Thanksgiving Day, as many vary by location. Here are the local restaurants that plan to be open:

• Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen (“Thanksgiving To-Go”) Located at 110 South St., Morristown. The restaurant’s website allows you to choose between menus for as little as four guests and up to 20. All orders must be in by 5 p.m. on Nov. 21.
• Restaurant Serenade (Reservations to Dine In Or Thanksgiving Takeout Menu), 6 Roosevelt Avenue, Chatham, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for pickups on Nov. 23, call the restaurant for available reservation times at 973-701-0303
• The Black Horse Tavern and Pub (taking orders through Nov. 21 at noon), 1 West Main Street, Mendham, order at 973-796-6774, pick up Thanksgiving Day.
