Washington Avenue, St. Patrick and ECLC students recently paraded for nursing home residents, with the high school's marching band leading.

CHATHAM, NJ — Before the weather became soggy for part of this past Halloween weekend, students from Washington Avenue School, St. Patrick School and ECLC of New Jersey Chatham School, took in the warmer fall weather and to the streets for a Halloween parade.

With the Chatham High School Marching Band in the lead and Chatham Borough Police Department escort, the marching band, students and their teachers marched in the sunshine along Washington Avenue on Oct. 28, parading by the Garden Terrace Nursing Home.
