CHATHAM, NJ — A private party area for up to 50 people and expanded seating section are two of Pascarella Brothers Delicatessen’s latest add-ons.

The beloved Italian-American establishment run by brothers Anthony and Gino Pascarella, offers sprawling breakfast and lunch menus, which includes homemade breakfast sandwiches, frittatas, the “Jersey Diner” special, “family favorites from the Jersey shore,” salads, subs, Sloppy Joes, wraps, paninis, a kids’ menu and daily specials.

Anthony Pascarella confirmed for Patch on Tuesday that the Morristown location on 61 South Street will have its final day on Oct. 23; and is “joining forces” with Chatham’s 34 Watchung Avenue eatery, “to focus on the newly expanded Chatham location, which is already open.”

With both holding ServSafe Certifications in food preparation and handling, the brothers specialize in Gluten Free dishes, with hands-on experience in preparation, inspired by Anthony Pascarella’s son Nicholas, who was found to have Celiac Disease when he was a year old.

“We are so careful, we even have a completely separate environment for making your [gluten free] meals to avoid any possible cross-contamination,” the brothers indicate about their gluten free preparations on their website. “Every last ingredient that goes into your gluten free foods are completely dedicated including meats, pastas, spreads and vegetables."

"In fact," they added, "Pascarella's has even invested in separate cooking appliances, refrigeration and utensils to ensure the customers safety.”
