The band, which plays "a wide array of music that everyone knows," will play from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. on the lawn next to the library, 214 Main Street, the announcement says.

Members of The Kootz are from Essex, Bergen, Union, Passaic, Sussex and Monmouth counties. The band has been performing for 10 years, mainly playing covers of classic rock, pop and blues tunes from the late 1950s through the 1970s.

In case of inclement weather, the concert will be moved to the Lundt meeting room.
