See Tentative Road Milling, Paving Schedule For Chatham Next Week

CHATHAM, NJ — Chatham Township has released an updated schedule for road paving work scheduled in Chatham during the month of July.

Road paving and milling will take place on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of next week. According to the announcement, road work is expected to continue into the following week.

Weather or other unforeseen construction issues may cause changes to the project schedule.

On milling and paving days, all vehicles must be removed from the road. Residents will have access to their driveways during road milling, though there will be temporary delays while the road in front of their property is milled.

Residents who need to use their vehicle during the paving dates must park elsewhere before 7 a.m. and walk to their car. Please keep in mind that until authorized personnel remove the cones at the road's end, the newly paved road will be impassable.
