As longtime residents of Chatham, we know how special our town is—and how important it is to have local leaders who reflect our values, care deeply about our neighborhoods, and work hard to make Chatham the best it can be. That’s why we’re proud to support Karen Koronkiewicz and Miles Gilmore for Chatham Borough Council.
Karen has already proven herself as a thoughtful, dedicated, and effective Council Member. She brings a steady, strategic approach to local leadership—making smart financial decisions that keep Chatham fiscally strong while investing in public safety, infrastructure, and the day-to-day needs of our community. Whether she’s protecting our tree canopy, advocating for safer streets, or improving oversight on development, Karen shows up—prepared, informed, and committed to doing what’s right. She listens to residents, makes tough decisions with fairness, and always puts Chatham first. Her leadership has helped keep taxes stable while ensuring meaningful investments in what matters most: our safety, our neighborhoods, and our future.
Miles is exactly the kind of neighbor you’d want in your corner. A retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, scout leader, and proud community volunteer, Miles brings a calm, strategic mindset and a heart for service. He understands how systems work, how budgets flow, and how to get results—without losing sight of the people behind the policies. Miles is approachable, level-headed, and deeply committed to keeping Chatham a place where families thrive and neighbors look out for each other.
