Camden County Offers Free Flu Shots This Week

Get your free flu shot Thursday at the municipal complex, or head to Brooklawn or Gloucester Township for other free clinics.

Camden County will offer free flu shots at the Carman Tilelli Community Center at the Cherry Hill municipal complex on Mercer Street Thursday from 9 a.m. to noon.

“In order to keep your family healthy this flu season, we encourage you to take advantage of this beneficial service provided by Camden County,” Camden County Freeholder Carmen Rodriguez, liaison to the Camden County Health Department, said in a statement. “Flu shots are recommended to those in high priority groups including senior citizens, pregnant women and chronically ill individuals.”

The county also recommends flu shots for people with weakened immune or cardiovascular systems, or with chronic metabolic diseases, renal dysfunction, or blood disorders.
