Cherry Hill Mobile Home Park Up for Rent Review
Ownership is pushing for a double-digit percentage increase.
The owners of one of Cherry Hill's mobile home communities are pushing for a big rent hike, and will have their case heard before the township's rent review board Thursday night.
Cherry Hill Mobile Home Park's owners have put in for an 11.8-percent increase in rents at the 94-unit park, situated off Farrell Avenue behind Cherry Hill Mercedes-Benz.
The rent review hearing starts at 7 p.m. at the municipal building.
