5 Candidates Running For School Board In Cherry Hill
Three spots are available on the Board of Education. Here's who's running.

CHERRY HILL, NJ — Five candidates have filed to run for Cherry Hill's Board of Education, with three spots on the governing body at stake.
Monday afternoon marked the deadline for hopefuls to file petitions for candidacy in New Jersey's school board elections, which will be held Nov. 4.
Board President Gina Winters and Vice President Adam Greenbaum are both running for re-election to the board. Joel Mayer, who has served on the board since 2022, did not file to run.

The candidate field includes three challengers: Candi Cummings, Brandi N. DeVeaux and Collin Owen Duckett.
Cummings is president of the executive board for the Cherry Hill's Zone PTA. Duckett is a Cherry Hill High School West alumnus who served as a school board student representative from 2023-24.

School board elections are nonpartisan. But candidates can choose a slogan to appear with their name on the ballot.
