Free Flu Shots In Camden County This Month: See Where
Camden County residents can get a free flu shot at several clinics this month. Here's what you need to know this flu season:
CAMDEN COUNTY, NJ - Free flu shots will be offered at clinics run by the Camden County Department of Health at locations throughout the area this month.
The seasonal flu vaccine is recommended for those six months and older, pregnant women, those who live in nursing homes and long term care facilities and those with certain chronic medical conditions such as heart disease, kidney disease and lung diseases like asthma.
“The Camden County Department of Health and Human Services recommends everyone get a flu shot this flu season,” reads a municipal notice on the county website. “An annual flu vaccine can reduce illnesses in the community, decrease the time missed at work and school, and prevent flu-related hospitalizations and deaths. Don’t wait to protect yourself and your family!”
