Fugitive Arrested on Route 70 in Marlton, Police Say
A traffic stop yielded the arrest, police said.

A Philadelphia man who was a wanted fugitive in Pennsylvania was caught on Route 70 in Marlton last week, Evesham Township Police said.
Michael Gauthier, 36, was arrested after he gave officers a fake name when he was stopped for driving carelessly on Route 70 Thursday night, police said.
A digital set of fingerprints taken at police headquarters yielded a hit, police said, and officers discovered Gauthier's true identity and the face he was wanted on charges of armed robbery in Pennsylvania.

Gauthier was charged with fourth-degree hindering apprehension and being a fugitive from justice. He was lodged in the Burlington County Jail, awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania.
