New Pizzeria In Cherry Hill Touts Fresh Ingredients, Inclusive Spin

CHERRY HILL, NJ — A new pizzeria is Cherry Hill is emphasizing inclusivity from its ingredients to the dining experience.
Barclay Pies opened in August on Marlton Pike, taking over for Seasons Pizza, which closed weeks earlier.
Owners TJ Hunton and Daniel Romero have immediate family with Celiac disease. So they've made a concerted effort to ensure their pizza can suit any customer's dietary needs and preferences.

The restaurant offers several varieties of pizza, including five red pies (plain, pepperoni, sausage, pineapple, and a dairy-free margherita, featuring cashew milk mozzarella cheese by Miyokos Creamery) and four white (arugula, mushroom, broccoli and buffalo chicken). The pizzas are made with King Arthur flour and California-sourced tomatoes.
One of the most unique pies is the Pineapple, made with pork roll for a Jersey twist on a typical Hawaiian pizza.

Customers can get each pie with a gluten-free crust made with Caputo's GF flour for an extra $4. The chicken tenders, wings, salads and other menu offerings are made gluten-free and labeled as such.
Their online menu also allows customers to input their allergies and dietary restrictions.
Barclay Pies has also revamped the restaurant's interior, adding another 30 seats to accomodate up to 50 guests.
The restaurant is located at 450 Marlton Pike E and open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Check out the menu.
