NJ Gas Station Sold Illegal THC Products, Cherry Hill Man Charged: PD
A Cherry Hill man was charged Tuesday after an investigation found he was selling illegal THC products at a gas station, authorities said.
PENNSAUKEN, NJ - A Cherry Hill man was charged Tuesday after an investigation found he was selling illegal THC products at a South Jersey gas station, authorities said.
Jagwinder Singh, 31, of Cherry Hill, was arrested Tuesday and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession with intent to distribute marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school zone, Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Pennsauken Township Police Department Chief Philip Olivo said in a joint statement. The charges stem from his allegedly illegal sales of THC, the main psychoactive compound in cannabis, at a Conoco Gas Station in Pennsauken (3347 Haddonfield Road).
A search warrant was executed Tuesday on the unit block of Third Avenue in Cherry Hill and at the Conoco Gas Station in Pennsauken. A vehicular search warrant was executed, MacAulay and Olivo said.

The following items were recovered after the execution of the search warrant:
- 38 jars of THC
- 15 cookies containing THC
- 9 chocolate bars containing THC
- 13 vials of THC
- 136 vape pens containing THC
- 15 packages containing marijuana
- $31,186 of US currency
- 3,567 untaxed liquid nicotine products
It was not immediately clear if or where Singh is being lodged ahead of a court appearance.
