UPDATE: East will reopen as normal Tuesday, officials said.
Students were sent home at Cherry Hill East 15 minutes ahead of schedule Monday, after the second incident of a threatening message being left in the school in the last year.
The unspecified threat, like one in April, was scrawled in a student bathroom, school officials said, and police were called in to the school.
After-school activities at East were canceled, school officials said, and an investigation into the threat is underway.
