Township, County Boards Set 2013 Reorganization Meetings

The school board, township council and county freeholders set their first meetings for 2013.

Cherry Hill’s school board will reorganize in January for the first time ever, and two other boards will follow shortly after to start 2013.

The school board will bring on a new member, J. Barry Dickinson, and pick its leadership for the year in the first of the reorganization meetings, slated for 7 p.m. on Jan. 3 at the Malberg administration building.

A day later, Camden County’s freeholder board will reorganize with a 4 p.m. meeting at Camden City Hall, which will including swearing in new freeholder Michelle Gentek.

The last reorganization of note is Cherry Hill’s council, which won’t hold its reorganization until Jan. 14 at 7:30 p.m. at the municipal complex. There are no changes in the makeup of council this year.
