Cinnaminson Garage Burglarized, Subject Still At Large: Police

Cinnaminson police are investigating a residential burglary in the township that took place this week, officials said.

CINNAMINSON, NJ - Cinnaminson police are investigating a residential burglary in the township, officials said. No arrests have been made as of Friday morning.

Shortly before 6 a.m. on Thursday, Cinnaminson police responded to the 100 unit block of Sheraton Avenue for a report of a man inside the resident’s garage, Chief Rich Calabrese said in a statement.

At the scene, police saw the man running through multiple residential yards and a foot chase ensued, Calabrese said, adding that, while the stolen property was recovered, the subject evaded capture.

“At this time, there is no danger to the public and we want to thank everyone who assisted us by calling 911 and by pointing out the direction of travel of the fleeing suspect,” Calabrese said.

“Please don’t forget to register your exterior cameras with us so that we have additional resources to utilize when searching for suspects and/or evidence of a crime,” Calabrese said.
