What sets you apart from other candidates?

As a mother of a child with special needs, I bring a unique perspective on how our schools can foster inclusion and support students of all abilities. Combined with my professional and board experience, this gives me a well-rounded understanding of how to create an environment where every student has the opportunity to succeed. I believe the school board should foster an inclusive, open, and collaborative setting where diverse perspectives are valued and every voice is heard.

What past accomplishments or experiences make you qualified for this position?

My diverse experience — ranging from being an operations manager for four corporate sites, running a construction company to working in the financial sector — provides me with a broad perspective, strong collaboration skills, and a disciplined focus on budgets, contracts, policies, and procedures. This background enables me to approach school district operations with both practical and fiscal responsibility. In addition, my previous board service with nonprofits has strengthened my understanding of governance, transparency and community impact.

If elected, what will be your top priorities during your elected term?

Transparency and effective communication will be my top priorities if elected. With decades of experience in management, leadership, strategy and organizational growth, I understand firsthand how important it is for teachers, parents, and students to trust that the board is open, honest, and responsive. My personal and professional career focuses on building relationships, solving problems, and advocating for students’ success. These skills directly prepare me to represent our community with integrity and clarity. I will work hard to ensure families and taxpayers are informed, involved, and confident that decisions are made openly and in the best interests of Cinnaminson students.
