Route 73 Reopens After Crash Near Tacony-Palmyra Bridge

Update: The roadway has been cleared as of 4 p.m.

PALMYRA, NJ — Route 73 is partially closed because of a crash just off the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge on Thursday afternoon, officials said.

The crash happened around 2:45 p.m. on Route 73 southbound in Palmyra — in the area just south of the bridge, according to 511NJ alerts. The southbound side takes drivers from Philadelphia to New Jersey.

One of the two southbound lanes is closed in the area as of 3:15 p.m.
