Goodwill Coming To Cinnaminson, With New Donation Center Set To Open Soon
The staffed facility will accept donated goods but will not operate as a thrift store.

CINNAMINSON, NJ — Construction is underway on a Goodwill facility in Cinnaminson, which is expected to open soon.
Cinnaminson is getting an Attended Donation Center — a staffed site where people can drop off goods to be sold at Goodwill's thrift stores. A late spring grand opening is anticipated, according to Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey & Philadelphia, the nonprofit's regional branch.
Local residents will be able to recycle and donate gently used clothing, accessories, household goods, toys, books, computers, furniture, home-medical equipment and more. As a nonprofit, all donations are tax-deductible.

"Specifically, monies fund Goodwill's job training programs and career services that prepare local residents with disabilities and disadvantages for competitive employment," the regional branch said in a news release.
The 3,000-square-foot site offers ample parking for donation drop-offs. It is located at the intersection of Route 130 and Riverton Road.
At Cinnaminson's facility, employees will be tasked with helping people unload their donations. The center will staff seven or eight people, Goodwill says.
