Lee H. Pukala (née Jazdowski), formerly of Cinnaminson, passed away on Dec. 17 at the age of 66.
Born in Bristol, PA, Lee was a resident of Delran since 1972. She graduated Palmyra High School in 1965.

Lee was a lifelong Flyers fan, and enjoyed traveling and reading.
She was the beloved wife of Kal Pukala, to whom she was married for 48 years; loving mother of Thomas, Michael and Marc (Donna); grandmom to Steven, Mason, Melissa, Michael, Matthew, Amanda, Jeffrey and Katie; and sister of Helene Caruso (Robert).

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Lee's life celebration starting at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Snover/Givnish Funeral Home, 1200 Route 130 North, Cinnaminson. Her memorial service will follow at 3:30 p.m.
