Man Flung From Van, Killed In Burlington Co. Crash: Police
Both of his passengers were injured in the collision, officials said.
WESTAMPTON, NJ — A New York man was ejected from his van and killed in a crash that injured both of his passengers Monday night on Interstate 295 in Burlington County, authorities said.
David Colon was driving a Chevrolet Express van on I-295 south in Westampton when he lost control of the vehicle, ran off the roadway to the left, and re-entered the roadway, police said.
His van then struck the curb on the right and overturned, said State Police Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron.

Colon, 49, of Rochester, was flung from his vehicle and sustained fatal injuries. Both passengers were brought to the hospital with minor injuries, Lebron said.
The crash remains under investigation.
