UPDATED: Palmyra Police Searching for Missing Teen

UPDATE: Palmyra Police say 15-year-old Zaila Nakier English has been found safe and sound in Camden. Police, along with her mother, are on their way to pick her up.

Palmyra Police are asking for the public’s help locating a 15-year-old girl who has been missing since Thursday afternoon.

According to police, Zaila Nakier English left her home on West Sixth Street in Palmyra around 3 p.m. Thursday to go to the 7-Eleven on Route 73 North. It’s unknown whether she actually went to the store.

Police said Zaila has been known to frequent the Camden area to visit friends.

She is described as a black female, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and about 160 pounds. She has wavy, chin-length black hair and brown eyes. Zaila was last seen wearing a white shirt, black leggings and black sandals. She also has a nose piercing on her left nostril, police said.
