PENNSAUKEN, NJ - A malfunctioning traffic signal in Pennsauken has prompted commuting delays Thursday morning, authorities said. As of 6:27 a.m., there's a traffic signal down on Rt. 130 southbound at north of Rt. 38 in Pennsauken, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation. All lanes are currently open, the agency said.
