Slick Roads, Cold Blast In Burlington Co.: See Winter Storm Forecast
Burlington County is expected to miss the worst of the storm, but drivers should still use caution.
BURLINGTON COUNTY, NJ — The worst of the upcoming winter storm will likely skip Burlington County. But residents could face slick roads as cold temperatures continue to persist, according to weather officials.
The storm is expected to hit the area early Tuesday morning, with the chance of a few flakes and some sleet at the onset, according to the National Weather Service (NWS). But a quick change to rain is predicted by daybreak.
Unlike North Jersey and much of Eastern Pennsylvania, little-to-no snow will accumulate south of the I-95 corridor, according to the NWS's regional office in Mount Holly.
