It's been a while since we heard anything regarding the Azalea Farm property on Route 130 (so named because the former occupant ran a roadside stand where he sold azaleas), and even longer since the property was occupied.<a href="https://cinnaminson.patch.com/groups/politics-and-elections/p/economic-development-on-committee-s-plate-monday">The township considered acquiring the property, which has been vacant for 15 years, and even submitted a letter of intent to purchase</a>. However, the township decided against extending it without a "bona fide offer on the table" from a developer, Deputy Mayor Anthony Minniti explained.Minniti said he's fielded discussions from <a href="https://cinnaminson.patch.com/groups/politics-and-elections/p/are-these-properties-blight">developers interested in doing a project in the Highland Avenue Redevelopment Tract</a>, and continues to "work with the stakeholders in the hopes of finalizing a deal."The property remains a piece of prime real estate fronting Route 130. How would you like to see it developed?
