Keydy Quintana Gradiz was last seen in Elizabeth wearing light blue jeans, black scrubs, a black hoodie and black Crocs, the Prosecutor's Office said. Gradiz is described as being 5 feet 6 inches tall and approximately 120 pounds. People with information are encouraged to call the Elizabeth Police Department at 908-558-2000.
