90-Minute Delayed Opening For Clark Public Schools
Due to snow in the forecast for Thursday morning, all Clark Schools will have a delayed opening.
CLARK, NJ — Due to snow in the forecast, Clark Public Schools will have a delayed opening on Thursday morning.
Superintendent Ed Grande announced on Wednesday that there will be a 90-minute delayed opening to "err on the side of safety and caution."
Grande said the delay will give the Schools additional time in the morning to assess the weather conditions so the district does not unnecessarily lose one of its 180 state-mandated days of school.

There will be no morning activities, including before care and early morning classes, at any of the Clark Schools on Thursday.
Grande said the district will reassess the situation early Thursday morning. If the delayed opening needs to be changed to a full snow day, the Schools will update the community of that change.
No additional message means that the delayed opening is remaining in place.
