Clark Schools Set Early Dismissals for Blizzard

Some Clark schools will have early dismissals Monday due to forecasts of blizzard conditions and heavy snow.

Some Clark schools have announced early dismissals as the pending blizzard is set to dump one to two feet of snow on the state tomorrow.

  • Mother Seton Regional High School in Clark will have an early dismissal at 12 p.m.
  • Feather Bed Lane School in Clark will not be holding aftercare on Monday.

Clark is under a Blizzard watch from Monday afternoon through Tuesday evening, as more than a foot of “heavy blowing snow” is predicted to hit the state, the National Weather Service reports.

By Monday night, Clark could see 9 inches of new snow accumulation, with an additional 3 to 7 inches falling on Tuesday. According to the NWS, much of the state will see blizzard conditions and 1 to 2 feet of snow.
