'Garwood Rocks!' Street Festival Set For June 5
The festival will feature live bands, a car show, food vendors and much more.

GARWOOD, NJ — Garwood is revving up to hold its annual rock n' roll festival on Sunday, June 5, according to an announcement from Greater Westfield Area Chamber of Commerce.
Garwood Rocks! will be hosted by Vermella at Garwood Station, an apartment complex downtown, and feature live music, a car show and lots of food vendors. The event will go from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. rain or shine in downtown Garwood.
“The family-friendly Garwood Rocks! festival is a great example of Garwood’s close-knit community,” Adam Pasternack, President of Russo Property Management, said.

“This is one of the best events Union County has to offer and we were delighted to support last year’s much anticipated return, which drew thousands of excited music, classic car and food enthusiasts to downtown Garwood."
"Hot Rod Mike" will host the car show, which is expected to draw over 100 cars this year. In addition, the event will feature an all-day live stage, entertainment, vendors and festival food including many local area favorite food trucks.

Artisans and craftspeople will display paintings, pottery, photography, handmade jewelry, furniture and other unique gifts.
The Crossroads will sponsor a Beer & Wine Garden and provide the main entertainment at the Garwood Rocks main stage.
This year the three featured bands include, Algonzo Inc. at 2 p.m., The Funktion Band at 3:30 p.m. and headliner, 4 Flight Rock at 5 p.m.
