Kean University Goes Remote Due To Icy Forecast

Classes at all Kean University campuses will transition to remote learning Friday afternoon due to the inclement weather.

UNION COUNTY, NJ — Because of the ongoing rain and the forecast for icy roads, all Kean University campuses will transition to a remote format Friday afternoon, according to University Police.

All Kean University classes that begin at 4:30 p.m. or later will transition to virtual learning. University Police said only personnel who are essential during weather emergencies should report to campus after 4:30 p.m.

Employees who are scheduled to work an evening shift should contact their supervisors for further instructions.

Additionally, the Upperclassman Dining Hall will remain open for all residential students.
