Strong Winds Predicted In Clark, Advisory Issued
Clark Police advise residents to prepare for the strong winds and possible thunderstorm by securing outdoor objects and charging devices.
CLARK, NJ — A wind advisory was issued for Clark from Thursday evening into Friday around 10 a.m.
Clark Police Department announced that winds are expected to reach sustained speeds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts possibly reaching 50 mph. Additional weather effects may include heavy rain and possible thunderstorms, according to the National Weather Service.
Police advise residents to secure any items outside their homes that could be blow around due to the heavy winds. In addition, damage to trees and power outages are possible.

Police said residents should ensure their devices are charged and have a flashlight available in the event power outages occur.
