Companies making this available to their staffs are in TLD, manufacturing, retail, food distribution, general distribution, warehousing, 3PL’s, and e-commerce. The TLD TDC requires that employees be paid their usual hourly wage while in training. The program offers entry level and mid-career professionals a recognized credential. The TLD Talent Development Center is also holding classes on their Elizabeth campus for unemployed/displaced job seekers. They become strong candidates for open positions with employers in the TLD sector. The TDC is creating a pool of well-trained job candidates. Many are experts from

industry looking to re-enter their careers with enhanced credentials. Companies with jobs to fill are using the center in their recruitment efforts.
