Collingswood Leaf Collection Dates

Find out which day Collingswood Public Works will pick up your leaves.

Autumn's brightly colored trees are giving way to bare branches. If your leaves are piling up, Collingswood has a weekly schedule for leaf collection.

picks up leaf piles through mid-December. The department split the borough into five sections, and each section receives a weekly collection.

"If it rains on your collection day, we will make every effort to be back before your next scheduled day. However, because of the area we must cover and the volume of leaves we pick up, it is sometimes impossible to do," reads a notice on Collingswood's website.

Public Works has several tips for residents to ensure a smooth leaf collection:

• Pile leaves at the strip between the sidewalk and curb—collection crews will rake them into the street
• Only leaves and grass are allowed in the piles; no twigs, branches or other material
• Move your cars off of the street on your collection days
