Cocaine, Heroin In Man's Car Leads To Arrest: Cranford Police
The discovery of various drugs in the 33-year-old's car led to his arrest on Sunday, according to a police report.
CRANFORD, NJ — Cranford Police discovered crack-cocaine and heroin inside a man's car after getting pulled over for an equipment violation on Sunday.
The 2013 black Hyundai was stopped on Munsee Drive at 11:44 a.m. for having a broken brake light, according to Cranford Police. After an investigation, Patrolman Gregory Federici arrested Proctor — a passenger in the car — after discovering various drugs in the Hyundai.
Proctor was arrested for distribution of CDS heroin, possession of CDS heroin, possession of CDS crack-cocaine and possession of CDS paraphernalia.

He was also charged for an outstanding warrant out of Union, according to police. In addition, the driver of the car was issued motor vehicle summonses for driving while suspending, being an unlicensed driver and having an inoperable brake light.
