Cranford Kid Says: Come Buy Lemonade Monday And Help Neighbors
A boy who just moved to Cranford wants to help. Stop by the corner, where he and his neighbors are selling lemonade, snacks and dog treats.
CRANFORD, NJ — A mom wrote to Cranford Patch this weekend that her son and neighbors will be having a sale near Cranford High School on Labor Day to help local families affected by the floods of Ida.
"Good Morning! We just moved to Cranford and are so sad to see what Ida has done to our beautiful town and kindest neighbors," she wrote. "My 9-year-old son Julien wants to give to all affected by Ida."
"Julien and some of the neighbors will be having a Lemonade Stand this Monday, Sept. 6 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. There will be homemade lemonade, muffins, cookies and doggie treats. Julien and our new puppy Basel will be happy to see you!"
