CRANFORD, NJ — Meet Freddy! He has been chosen as Cranford Patch's Pet Of The Week.
"Freddy is a Centennial Avenue landmark. He has been greeting kids and animal friends at his fence for 12 years. A loyal Golden Retriever with a tennis ball and a wagging tail. He loves jumping through the snow in the winter, and lounging in his pool in the summer. He is a very happy boy, who is loved by all."

Participating in the Pet of the Week happenings is simple: submit your nomination by emailing alexis.tarrazi@patch.com with subject line "Cranford Pet Of The Week." Be sure to include a photograph or two of your pet, a paragraph about what makes him or her so great, and the town you're from.
You can choose to include your name, but you don't need to. Then just keep an eye out for a photo of your pet on the Patch!
