Free Pizza Offered At New Union County Shop

The fast-casual, build-your-own pizza chain is holding its grand opening on Tuesday.

LINDEN, NJ — All guests who visit Linden's new Blaze Pizza shop on Tuesday can get a free pizza.

The fast-casual, build-your-own pizza chain is holding its grand opening of a new location at 820 West Edgar Rd., Legacy Sq., St. 820-A on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. and is open until 10 p.m.

To celebrate, everyone who visits will get a free 11-inch build-your-own or Signature Pizza without a purchase.

According to the company, this is valid for in-store orders only, and crust upgrades are available for a fee.

The first 50 guests in line will also receive one free pizza per month for a year. Additional prizes, such as Blaze Pizza merchandise and free pizza for a year, will be available to winners of Blaze Plinko on-site.

On Wednesday, 20 percent of all sales will be donated to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Rahway as part of the brand's community giveback program.

Blaze Pizza is open every day and offers pies cooked in just 180 seconds, the restaurant says.

The Linden location marks the sixth in New Jersey of the nearly 300 nationwide across 38 states. Founded in 2011, the chain is based out of Atlanta.
