Pickleball Courts Now Open To Cranford Residents
Cranford residents are welcome to hit some serves, drop shots and more at the new pickleball courts in the Recreation Center.
CRANFORD, NJ — Calling a pickleball fanatics: the Cranford Recreation Center has some new courts that are ready for you to take advantage of.
The new pickleball courts at 375 Centennial Avenue opened on Nov. 21 and many residents are already streaming in to hit some groundstrokes.
There is open play for beginners and intermediate players, and the drop-in fee is $10. Once netting is in place, visitors will also be able to play basketball, soccer, take exercise classes and more.

Here are some upcoming times to play pickleball at the recreation center:
- Wednesday 11/30 – 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Thursday 12/1 – 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Saturday 12/3 – 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
