"We cannot thank the Cranford Police Department enough for their rapid response and for ensuring the safety of our school community and the community at large," Rubin said.
Matthew Nazarro of Cranford Police said, "Whenever any individual believes they hear or see something that they perceive as threatening, they should continue to immediately report those concerns to school officials just as they did today. By doing so, this expedites both school and police officials’ ability to source, investigate, and disprove alarming comments."
