The Westfield Area YMCA invites the community to a free, interactive presentation on balance and flexibility practice on Wednesday, April 10 from 12:30-2:00pm at the Main Y Facility, 220 Clark Street.

Outside of learning new exercises, emphasizing stability and discovering ways to prevent injuries/mitigate risks, attendees can expect to walk away with a new outlook, establishing the framework for an enhanced quality of life.

The seminar will be presented by team members from AmeriCare Physical Therapy, with facilities most closely located in Garwood and Mountainside, New Jersey. For more information, contact Jean White at jwhite@westfieldynj.org or x246.
